- Accessed, copied, downloaded, or redistributed by third parties;
- Stored or archived outside ScholarLedger's control;

Once content is made public, ScholarLedger cannot control or retract downstream use, even if the content is later made private or deleted.
4.3 No Plagiarism Detection or Policing
ScholarLedger:
- Does not actively monitor public content for plagiarism;
- Does not verify originality, authorship, or ownership;
- Does not guarantee protection against copying or misuse.
Users assume all risks associated with making content public.
